Our manufacturing operation consists of a continuous processor equipped with a multiple gravimetric feed system, an automatic screen changer, an underwater or strand pelletizing system, an in-line 7,000 pound continuous blender prior to packaging (to eliminate even the smallest process / product variation), and an advanced metal detection system. Our process is also equipped and configured with many unique enhancements to achieve a very consistent and extremely flexible manufacturing process.

Additionally we have configured the process with a state-of-the-art SPC/SQC program that is capable of "real-time" observation and adjustment of the process to ensure the highest product quality and lot-to-lot consistency.

We also offer a full range of laboratory testing both on and off site.
